The 25 yd skirt is especially great for layering- it spins best when worn over a ten yard skirt, especially the
spinning skirt
to give it loft. It has 4 tiers with the traditional full circle top tier construction so there will be 4 dips 1-2 inches in length where the bias hangs. For a truly elegant look adjust the skirt so the dips are equidistant-- 2 in front and 2 in back. they can also serve as a guide for tucking and skirt work!
